-Artemis.fbx's Art Commission Terms of Service-Last Updated: 09/22/2025-Introduction-Welcome to Artemis.fbx art commission TOS. These terms and conditions govern the agreement between Artemis.fbx and the client for the creation of custom artwork. By commissioning artwork from the Artist, the Client agrees to abide by these Terms.-Commission Process-
Initial Consultation: The Client will provide the Artist with references of characters, but also additionally including size, subject matter, and any specific requirements. The Artist will provide a quote based on this information. Make sure any references have clear flat or bright lighting showing in good detail of the full body, face, clothing, and accessories, and colors of said character. It helps me with making sure the art is accurate.Payment: The Client agrees to pay the Artist as follows:
PayPal Only Personal or In voice
I take payment,100% upfront, I also do take buying assets for models on my wish list for VRChat as payment to. All prices will be discussed depending on the specifics and if there any add on or fixes way later to will be discussed.
Execution: The Artist will commence work on the commission upon receipt of the initial payment. The Client will be kept informed of the progress and may request reasonable revisions within the scope of the original agreement or given amount.
Completion: The Artist will notify the Client when the artwork is completed. And the artwork will be delivered upon receipt.-Rights and Usage-
Copyright: The Artist retains all copyright and intellectual property rights to the commissioned artwork, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. The Client may not reproduce, distribute, or sell the artwork without the Artist's explicit permission. My art work commissioned for commercial or personal use, you as the client may not feed my work into AI generators what's so ever. I do not consent or allow my work to be fed into AI and violates copyright of the artist.License: The Artist grants the Client a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the artwork for personal purposes. Any commercial or promotional use requires prior written consent and may incur additional fees.Credit: The Client agrees to credit the Artist whenever displaying or publishing the commissioned artwork online or in print, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.-Refunds and Cancellations-Refunds: No refunds will be issued once work on the commission has commenced. If the Client cancels the commission before work begins, a partial refund may be provided at the Artist's discretion to cover any work already completed.Artist Cancellation: In the event the Artist is unable to complete the commission for any reason, a full refund will be provided to the Client.-Deadlines-The Artist will provide an estimated completion date upon commission acceptance. While every effort will be made to meet this deadline, unforeseen circumstances may lead to delays. The Artist will keep the Client informed of any changes to the schedule.-Confidentiality-The Artist will treat all commission-related information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without the Client's consent.-Dispute Resolution-Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved through negotiation and, if necessary, mediation. If mediation fails, the parties agree to pursue legal remedies as a last resort.By commissioning artwork from Artemis.fbx, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. Failed to abide or be a unruly client, or make me uncomfortable you will not be allowed to commission me again, and if you try and scam or I find out you sold, or fed my art into AI, with out my knowledge I will as a artist will contact you privately for resolve the issues, but if the client doubles down will be blacklisted.-Artemis.fbx Contact Information-Email: [email protected]
