-Artemis.fbx's Art Commission Terms of Service-Last Updated: 03/30/2024-Introduction-Welcome to Artemis.fbx art commission service. These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the agreement between Artemis.fbx ("the Artist") and the client ("the Client") for the creation of custom artwork. By commissioning artwork from the Artist, the Client agrees to abide by these Terms.-Commission Process-1 Initial Consultation: The Client will provide the Artist with a detailed description of the desired artwork, or references of characters, but also additionally including size, style, subject matter, and any specific requirements. The Artist will provide a quote based on this information.2 Payment: The Client agrees to pay the Artist as follows:PayPal Only Personal

all prices will be discussed depending on the specifics and if there any add on or fixes way later to will be discussed.3 Execution: The Artist will commence work on the commission upon receipt of the initial payment. The Client will be kept informed of the progress and may request reasonable revisions within the scope of the original agreement.4 Completion: The Artist will notify the Client when the artwork is completed. And the artwork will be delivered upon receipt.-Rights and Usage-1 Copyright: The Artist retains all copyright and intellectual property rights to the commissioned artwork, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. The Client may not reproduce, distribute, or sell the artwork without the Artist's explicit permission.2 License: The Artist grants the Client a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the artwork for personal purposes. Any commercial or promotional use requires prior written consent and may incur additional fees.3 Credit: The Client agrees to credit the Artist whenever displaying or publishing the commissioned artwork online or in print, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.-Refunds and Cancellations-1 Refunds: No refunds will be issued once work on the commission has commenced. If the Client cancels the commission before work begins, a partial refund may be provided at the Artist's discretion to cover any work already completed.2 Artist Cancellation: In the event the Artist is unable to complete the commission for any reason, a full refund will be provided to the Client.-Deadlines-The Artist will provide an estimated completion date upon commission acceptance. While every effort will be made to meet this deadline, unforeseen circumstances may lead to delays. The Artist will keep the Client informed of any changes to the schedule.-Confidentiality-The Artist will treat all commission-related information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without the Client's consent.-Dispute Resolution-Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved through negotiation and, if necessary, mediation. If mediation fails, the parties agree to pursue legal remedies as a last resort.-Amendments-These Terms may be amended only in writing and signed by both parties.
